Dallastown, PA

Plant I encompasses over 290,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space. This large facility houses our fabrication area, which is equipped with nine Numerically Controlled (NC) machines used for piece part manufacturing. Additional NC equipment is used for routing skins, hole punching, etc. Plant I also houses a complete array of sheet metal fabrication equipment and a complete welding shop used for the fabrication of shelter components and parts. Most aluminum welding is done in accordance with AMS-STD-2219, Class C, although other types/classes of welding are also performed as required.
Plant II
Plant II has 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space and is currently being used for final assembly and integration of shelters for several large programs. This facility includes shelter erection tooling and fixtures as well as a paint booth that can be used for final painting of shelters and shelter components. It also provides a large amount of flexible expansion space allowing the manufacturing of large production jobs or programs with unique requirements.
York, PA

Plant III is a dedicated service and maintenance facility that encompasses over 135,000 square feet of floor space. From simple repairs to full system overhauls, this plant provides the necessary infrastructure to restore any shelter to "like new" condition.
Charleston, SC

Located on the historic Charleston Naval Shipyard, CMCI's manufacturing facilities encompass over 250,000 square feet of floor space. CMCI has multiple production and installation lines available for the manufacturing, integration and testing of modular containers and other program material.
Walterboro, SC

CMCI's Walterboro facility is dedicated to the modification and integration of steel containers and containerized systems. With over nine acres of production capacity, CMCI Walterboro is well suited for quick reaction and prototype container manufacturing.
